🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
At Daylibuy, our goal is to provide every customer with peace of mind when shopping with us. Our return and exchange policy ensures fair treatment and quality assurance for all orders.
✅ Warranty & Exchanges
All of our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.
We also process exchanges for items received incorrectly, such as receiving a different product than what was ordered.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, follow the steps below:

Within 7 business days: Contact us via email with your order number, the item to be returned, and a description of the issue.

After 7 business days but within 90 days: If the product develops a defect, contact us with the same information. We will forward your request to our quality assurance team for evaluation.
You will receive a response within 7 business days confirming whether the product is eligible for exchange or refund.
⚠️ Note: We do not accept exchange or refund requests after 90 days from the delivery date.
📨 If your request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

A full refund

A replacement of the same product
-
A similar product of equal value
-
A store credit coupon for future purchases
❌ Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without prior communication, outside the return window, or without proper tags/invoice will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Rejected exchanges (after product analysis) will also be returned to the customer. In these cases, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
⚠️ Important: Daylibuy does not cover shipping costs for returns, refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges, unless explicitly stated. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
